Returns and policies are what keep our business running. It may be a boring subject, but knowing that you are covered by a risk free return policy. Is the only peace of mind you'll ever need.

Returns Information

How long do I have to return an item?

Our return policy offers a 30 day risk free return process. You have up to 30 days to submit all return requests from the day the item was delivered.

Once the return is requested, you then have an additional 14 days to send the return. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item to be returned back to us.

If the item is not returned within that 14 day period. The item is no longer returnable.

What about Defective & Used items?

Defective, damaged & incorrect, unopened box or opened box & unused items with all original packaging can be returned. Items not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

If items are deemed defective it is highly recommended to contact the manufacturer for warranty and replacement. Most of our products are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty. If your item is defective, and the manufacturer did not cover the item.

What items cannot be returned?

All PlaySeat brand items are non-returnable, these sales are final. If deemed defective you must contact manufacturer for warranty information. However, if you did not have success in contacting them for warranty information. Please reach out to us.

All opened/used video games are non-returnable.

All other brands such as Thrustmaster, Nomad, UAG & more, are returnable through our store.

How Long Until I Receive My Refund?

We will process your refund within 1-3 business days after receiving your item.

Payment & Shipping Information

What payment methods are available?

We accept, cheque, cash and PayPal payments. PayPal accepts Visa, mastercard and American Express.

We are currently working on providing other payment methods.

All prices are in CAD dollars.

What courier do you ship with?

We offer standard & expedited ground shipping services from all national couriers. Our primary courier is Canada post, but we also ship with UPS & Purolator in Canada. All US orders ship with UPS.

How much is shipping?

All orders in Canada over $40.00 will be eligible for free shipping.

All orders elsewhere may be eligible for free shipping, but we recommend emailing info@exooto.com for more information on this.

How long does it take to receive my item?

All items currently listed on our website are based in Canada. There are no duties, or import fees as they are all national orders.

We provide a tracking number with every order placed on our website, and for larger, more expensive items they come with a signature requirement.

You'll receive your item within 1-10 business days. If for any reason your item has not been delivered.

Please email us at info@exooto.com so we can investigate with the appropriate courier.

Please note that this is extremely rare and has yet to happen at our company.

What if I don't receive my item?

If you do not receive any of your items ordered, please email info@exooto.com with your tracking info, your order number and how long you've been waiting.

We will investigate the issue and if your item was not received we will offer a full refund to your account.
