Please note that the return policy on this page is not the same as our BestBuy policy. Please visit their website for the separate Return Policy information. You must follow the BestBuy return policy instructions on the product pages to be eligible for your refund. Please contact us through their website so all refund information is documented on their platform.

Exooto Media Orders
We understand returns are never fun, but we offer a 30 day risk free return policy on all unopened/unused items. You have up to 30 days to submit all return requests from the day the item was delivered. If the item is opened but unused you may still be eligible for a refund (with restocking fees). Please fill out the contact form below providing your order ID and the condition of the item.

Please note: you must submit a return request and get a return authorization from our company in order to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise your return will not be refunded. Please do not send your item back without an return approval, we utilize multiple warehouses and they do not process returns. Please contact us to avoid any refund issues and delays.

Because we sell video games which contain discs. All opened and used items are not eligible for returns. All returns must be new and unopened. However, exceptions are made for defective/damaged items. Once the return is requested, you then have an additional 14 days to send the return back to us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item to be returned back to us. If the item is not returned within that 14 day period. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the item.

Shipping Information.

We offer standard & expedited ground shipping services from all national couriers. Our primary courier is Canada post, but we also ship with UPS & Purolator in Canada. All US orders ship with UPS.

How much is shipping?
All orders in Canada over $40.00 will be eligible for free shipping. All orders elsewhere may be eligible for free shipping, but we recommend emailing info@exooto.com for more information on this.

How long does it take to receive my item?
All of our items currently listed on our website are based in Canada. There are no duties, or import fees as they are all national orders. We provide tracking with every order placed on our website, and for larger, more expensive items they come with a signature requirement.

Didn’t receive your item??
You’ll receive your item within 1-10 business days. If for any reason your item has not been delivered. Please email us at info@exooto.com providing the order I.D and tracking information so that we can investigate with the appropriate courier.

Payment Methods.

We accept, cheque, cash and PayPal payments. PayPal accepts Visa, mastercard and American Express. We are also implementing stripe payments shortly.

All prices right now are in CAD dollars, this is subject to change when we offer international orders on our website.
